Dancercise - Stay fit and have fun while moving to today's pop & hip-hop hits! There will be a motivational quote and theme each week. This class is for anyone with free or limited movement. Instructor - Isaiah Gattas is currently a student at the College of Staten Island on the road to becoming an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher. As the captain of Port Richmond High School’s football team and the lead of their main stage musical “In the Heights”, Isaiah has always displayed a love for both fitness and the arts. He knows the importance of health and coordination and urges everyone to discover the joy of dancing. Can't Stop "Yoga" - Stretch it out and learn to breathe into your body! Perfect for anyone looking to relax or learn mindfulness in the present moment. Instructor - Heather Martino-Valente is a yogi and filmmaker, and believes a healthy mind and body is key to unlocking creativity. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and has a background in dance, theater, and cheerleading. Heather's experience working with youth stems from her previous roles as a Children's Fitness Instructor at The Little Gym, a cheerleading coach, and as a counselor at CYO Youth Summer Camp in Staten Island, New York. When she's not practicing yoga, Heather works with the award-winning production company, Redglass Pictures. Having trained at the International Center for Photography (ICP) and the Newmark School of Journalism, Heather has taught numerous filmmaking workshops at CUNY and Downtown Community Television in New York City. Previously, Heather worked at Teen Vogue as the EP, producing high profile shoots with Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Maggie Rogers, Millie Bobby Brown, Camila Cabello, Kaia Gerber, Amandla Stenberg, and Hunter Schafer, to name a few.
